Terre Haute, IN (November 11, 2022) – Today, Ruoff Mortgage announced a $25,000 donation to support the community project ‘Veteran’s Village at Maple Ave’. In partnership with the Terre Haute Area Association of Realtors, these funds will be used towards the construction of tiny homes that will serve as refuge for the area’s homeless veterans.
Per the Point in Time (PIT) count conducted by the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority in 2021, there are currently 175 homeless veterans in Vigo County.
