Ruoff Mortgage Introduces Unique App for Sales Staff

FORT WAYNE, IN (October 1, 2019) – Ruoff Mortgage, a seven-time honoree of Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in America list, released a new, unique mobile app that will streamline the communication and productivity efforts for its loan officer sales team.

Ruoff LO is a mobile solution for loan officers who, when working outside of their office, can have the power of each of Ruoff Mortgage’s proprietary systems on the go, without relying on their laptop. The app serves as a central hub where LOs can create new loans and edit existing loan files, pull and view credit report detail, price and lock rates, esign or download disclosures as well as tap into other third-party services. Within Ruoff LO, the Ruoff sales team can also access customer or agent contact information, order marketing materials or gain access to company-generated leads. The result will be an empowered Ruoff sales team able to help customers with ease at a moment’s notice.

Loan officers have a personalized home screen for easy tracking of their active and closed transactions with Ruoff Mortgage. With a simple touch on the navigation bar, a loan officer can also review their pipeline, showing their current customers’ transaction milestones, from date of completed application to when the funds were wired to the settlement agent.

“This app will increase the efficiency of our sales team where they will have real-time access to create, edit, lock and track files in the pipeline,” said Clint Morgan, SVP and Chief Lending Officer of Ruoff Mortgage. “They don’t need to feel trapped in their office because their business is literally in the palm of their hand. They can access all the tools they have available through Ruoff’s systems and conduct business with a homebuyer or referral partner virtually anywhere.”

The app was developed by Ruoff’s in-house IT team of programmers. The app is complementary to a suite of services through the company’s proprietary digital mortgage solution platform, Loan Butler, which was rolled out July 2018 and the Ruoff Agent app, which was released in March 2019. The apps are available for download in both The App Store and Google Play.
