Fort Wayne, IN – Residential mortgage lender Ruoff Mortgage announces Paul Minogue as the new Chief Operating Officer for the company, effective immediately.

Paul joins Ruoff with over 20 years of industry experience, spanning several roles from mortgage loan origination to national operations management.
