Fort Wayne, IN (May 16, 2024) – Residential mortgage lender Ruoff Mortgage announces Michael Eising as the new Chief Compliance Officer for the company, effective immediately.
Leveraging over three decades of experience, Eising is set to reinforce Ruoff's commitment to compliance and risk management. Prior to joining Ruoff Mortgage, Michael held various significant positions, highlighting his diverse skill set and deep understanding of the industry. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Mortgage Compliance at Merchants Bank of Indiana, where he spearheaded high-level compliance initiatives securing the company’s position from a regulatory standpoint.

Michael is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association, serving on the Compliance and Education Committees. He holds CMB Certified Mortgage Banker and CMCP Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional Designations from the Mortgage Bankers association and the CRMP Certified Residential Mortgage Professional Designation from the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association.
Eising succeeds Diana Ringer, who served as Chief Compliance Officer, as she retires after 12 years with the company.
