Blake is a graduate of Indiana University and joined Ruoff Mortgage in 2013 as a member of the retail sales team. Over the last decade, his involvement has played a pivotal role in the establishment of the direct-to-consumer division that helps homeowners across the country experience a fast and customer-focused loan process. On the back end, he helped initiate and implement the creation of the Ruoff Institute of Mortgage Operations, which seeks out talented individuals and provides them with the training and mentorship to enter the mortgage industry well equipped for success.
