FORT WAYNE, IN (March 15, 2019) – Ruoff Home Mortgage, a six-time honoree of Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in America list, released a new, unique mobile app that will streamline the communication and productivity efforts between its loan officer sales team and their realtor agent partners.

Ruoff Agent is targeted to any selling or listing real estate agent involved in a transaction financed by Ruoff Home Mortgage. This app serves as a central hub for the agent to track the status of active or closed transactions with real-time push notifications, download pre-approval letters for clients, review co-op marketing collateral available, and connect potential homebuying clients with a Ruoff loan officer via text.

Agents have a personalized home screen for easy tracking of their business transactions with Ruoff Home Mortgage, including a colorful graphic of their closed loans year-to-date, both on the buyers’ and sellers’ side. In addition to general newsworthy updates about Ruoff, an agent can see what the company’s turn times are for underwriting submissions, conditions, appraisals, etc. With a simple touch on the navigation bar, an agent can also review their current buyers’ transaction milestones, from date of completed application to when the funds were wired to the title company, with every major step noted along the way. An Upload Documents button allows agents to effortlessly attach pertinent documents related to the loan.

The app was developed by Ruoff’s in-house IT team of programmers. The app is complementary to a suite of services through the company’s proprietary digital mortgage solution platform, Loan Butler, which was rolled out last July.
