Fort Wayne, IN (June 1, 2018) – Residential mortgage lender Ruoff Home Mortgage announced the addition of Mike Cahill, President of Banking Services, and Jim Underwood, Chief Operating Officer of Banking Services, to their Fort Wayne corporate office.

Since 2015, Cahill had been the CEO of Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana (PHP). He also previously served in the CEO roles at the AWS Foundation and at Tower Financial. He serves as a council member with the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, is a director at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne, and is a board member with the AWS Foundation. He has been active in the community, serving on non-profit boards.

Underwood was the VP of Enterprise Development at PHP and also served on the leadership team of Tower Bank as the EVP & Chief Risk Officer. He is a graduate of Indiana University.
