Ruoff Mortgage was awarded third place in the Top Producing Lender category.  The Lender Awards allows KHC to celebrate the people and companies that drive loan production and make homeownership affordable through KHC's mortgage loans and down payment assistance. In 2022, 608 loan officers working for more than 100 companies closed 3,169 loans for a total loan volume of $537.5 million.  “Tonight, we celebrate all of the companies and loan officers who have made affordable homeownership possible for Kentuckians," said Winston Miller, KHC's executive director and chief executive officer. "Despite challenges, our lending partners changed the lives of 3,169 families last year. We applaud their efforts and thank them for their commitment to affordable homeownership.”  As the state housing finance agency, KHC understands the importance of having a place to call home. Homeownership, in particular, has long been a way for families to gain stability and make short-term financial gains while building generational wealth.
